Sometimes the hardest conversations to have are also the most important. This DRA Presentation-Workshop will take a look at the three conversations within a difficult conversation: 1) the "what happened?" conversation, 2) the feelings conversation, and 3) the identity conversation. This DRA Presentation-Workshop is based on its namesake, Difficult Conversations: How to Discuss what Matters Most, by Douglas Stone, Bruce Patton, and Sheila Heen.

DRA Presentation-Workshops are designed to combine theory with practice. Participants are invited to come and learn about the theory in an interactive presentation-workshop format designed to help participants leave knowing how to put that theory into use. DRA Presentation-Workshops are free and open to the public. Email David.Angel@mu.edu to RSVP (requested, but not required).
